NATURAL ELECTROLYTE DRINK

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 cups coconut water  

- 1 cup water  

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice  

- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice  

- 1 tablespoon honey  

- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt  

- Optional: a few drops of Rescue Remedy (Bach flower remedy)  

METHOD:

1. In a bottle or jar, combine all the ingredients. Stir until the honey and salt are completely dissolved.
